Also referred to as employees, the Internal Customer in an organization can have a significant impact on the success of a business. The Internal Customer (IC) team believes in building strong relationships between academia and industry in support of the Internal Customers within an organization, be that students in collegiate academia or the employees in the service industry. One way to do this is through the development, implementation, and sharing of mutually beneficial best practices through a variety of mediums (academic research, blogs, and case studies).  Our commitment to you, the viewer, is that our content will be practical, current, and have generalizability to a variety of environments.
